There are four types of concentration.

As far as meditation goes, we have to focus on one of our favorite pleasures of life in our lives to this day.

That doesn’t cost a lot of money.

Not all expenses are rewarding.

It is rewarding and rewarding.

When you go to bed at night, keep up the habit of renewing your water.

It is very easy to get attention because it is very close to the bed of the dead.

Ending the day with peace will be a pleasant and peaceful life.

Get up to at least five quarters of your sleep (virtuously) as you sleep.

Do not break from time to time and do not break, so that you will not sleep.

Grow one of your favorite deities of your own merit.

For example:

“He is worthy of receiving a special gift from all devotees.”

He is the God of all things.

The Buddha said, “The Buddha did not do evil even in secret.”

The next thing you have to do is love.

At least three beats like “May All Be Rich”

You can also grow in love with the passion you love.

Once you have meditated on the Dhamma, the Dhamma, the Dhamma, the Dhamma, the Dhamma, the final Vipassana.

Be careful at the touch of the nose and watch for ‘inhale’ or ‘outflow’.

Don’t miss more than four or five points at every turn, and you will soon fall asleep.

Breathing is the best sleep medicine.

If you are aware of the impulses during every vent, you will not be able to indulge in cravings or anger.

If you are a person of integrity, then you can focus your mind on nirvana as you ventilate your bed.

If you fall asleep with dharma, you will surely die in one of these four senses as you sleep.

Good people will welcome him or herself to the death of the virtuous.

So once the head is stretched back on the pillow at night

“I’m dying for a while.”

We strongly encourage ourselves to practice and die.
